Countries similar to USA in terms of acquisition cost and rental prices?

For various reasons, I want to start focusing more of my available capital outside of the USA.
What countries do you guys suggest that are in a similar state as the USA now in terms of acquisition pricing and rental pricing?
Are there any countries that really have this type of market condition available now?
