Some leaky faucets , slow drains , a broken window , a broken screen door, missing damaged facia , Eve's and saufet .wood decay around front door , a ceiling fan that doesn't work , ac with water filling drain pan , crack in garage ceiling , 1 cracked floor tile, 1 double tapped breaker , and a missing attic inspection cover .

In other words, we can't just keep raising the debt ceiling forever without treasury investors eventually taking it on the chin, but as of yet this is the plan for the future.

The house was built in 1938, it's a craftsman style home, original hardwood flooring in good shape, original windows but it very good shape, the walls and ceiling had been filled with blown insulation, had a new roof installed in 2017, and the sellers were willing to pay 5k to have the house painted to the color of your choice.
