asbestos testing - how do you do it?
Hi folks & friends,
How do you handle asbestos testing, if required? How much should it cost? I put a duplex under contract in which the owner scraped part of the popcorn ceilings in 1 of the units. I'm worried that this ceiling contains asbestos and that they may have been disturbed and are now in the air of that unit. I have received quotes for one ceiling sample and one air sample for $275. Is that reasonable?
Thanks in advance for your advice.
