Before and After - Sunriver, OR remodel
As many of you know, I've been in this business for many years, developing many types of projects over the years with my husband. However; 2 years ago my husband passed away. My son and I finished up our projects in southern CA and relocated to Bend, OR. To get a feel for the area we first did a remodel on a manufactured home. Then a new build that we just finished, and have on the market. We are currently putting on final finishes of a remodel in Sunriver. We are listing for $580,000. It more than likely will be purchased to be used as a Short Term Rental (vacation rental) as the area is a recreation paradise for both summer and winter sports. We decided to go Rustic Mocern style. Most homes in Sunriver have knotty pine, hickory, etcl, and we wanted a different but still rustic look. Here's some before and after photos. Thoughts?
Great room before/after. That pine is in every house in Sunriver it seems. We chose to update with reclaimed barnwood.
Kitchen wall removed and opened up with a new countertop bar. We pushed the wall with front door out to make more space. Appliances this week
Master Bathroom before.
Master Bathroom After. We pushed the wall into Master bedroom further, and made a huge full tile shower, and double vanity. You can see shower in the mirror of the vanity.
Hall bathroom had 7' ceiling, we opened it up to a 10' , located toilet to end, relocated linen closet behind door, to add vanity.
This loft area blocked light from dining room below. We took out floor, put up railing along walkway and made it bright in dining room.
Downstairs bath. Shower had really low ceiling, and sink was tiny. We took out shower and put in vanity (still needs trimmed out)
