Has the Governor banned evictions in your State? 

I already have several sets of guests slated to check in over the next week or two during the "banned" period. 

As soon as they lift the ban we will travel to get our new place set up.

However, I currently have a tenant who has not paid rent prior to this crisis and I believe they are using this eviction ban as an excuse to further not pay.

New York's governor banned cold calling 5 months ago and said it would be banned all the way through to September.

@Joe VilleneuveHi Joe,I tried to send you a message but it said I was banned from messaging, I was very active on the forums today and sent a bunch of messages to people, I’ll keep trying to send it and hope it lets me.

Not because evictions are currently banned, but because it 1) I consider it immoral 2) I know the level of reserves my tenants have and took on the known risk when I purchase and rented in class C areas. 

You probably can't evict him as most places have banned that.
