I have been trying to brainstorm ways to get coverage that would let him AIRBNB the place. 4 homes on about 5 acres of very maintained forest.Ideas?

We are specifically wanting to find small multifamily, so we are trying to brainstorm some keywords that resonate with that type of property owner, but not exclusively just multifamily. 

Lets brainstorm how can I buy a lets say $500,000 or $480,000 house with only $10,000 and low credit?  

The complexity of analyzing these types of deals makes it much harder to brainstorm in terms of numbers.

Is there anyone in the Jacksonville area that wants to bounce analyses off of each other just to brainstorm and catch possible mistakes?
