I get it, "well if you have it you use it" or "well no body is going to hand you money" but, there's thousands of books out there on how or why you should use others money to gain freedom and profit, which quite a few of them are books produced by bigger pockets. 

What does it smell like ?    

At my age, my physical body is becoming more limited.

Not sure if he is happy not sure if he ever stopped to smell the roses.. so like you said balance.. 

They are happy they don’t have to deal with urine smells, incessant barking, neighbor’s overly friendly dog jumping all over them. 

While you're in the unit be very observant of what you see and smell.

If anything smells fishy, I'd walk away. 

Even if the house is habitable and the smell is contained, how long are they willing to live in that condition?

I did manage to dig a bit deeper and found out that the municipality of Edmonton has an advisory body still active which offers a full suite of forms which have been legally reviewed by their own real estate lawyers and by the dispute resolution courts.

Also, if you know of any bodies of works (books etc...) that would education one on building regulation that home inspectors place violations on such as electrical, construction, etc..., I would love to get my knowledge enhanced on that as well.
