I think we are blessed to live where we do in a great cash flow market.If you are interested, I do offer a paid mentoring session (it's cheap) and there I can tailor advice to you, open my books and contacts, discuss my mistakes, and answer whatever questions I can for you.  

This Thursday I attended a Deal Maker Session at the Embassy Suites near LAX.

Mark,I can tell you the Texas Legislature is looking at several bills this session regarding short term rentals and whether local cities can collect various taxes from short-term rental property owners.  

The BP Podcasts have been a major source of inspiration & learning for me.Over the last 4 years @Joshua Dorkin & @Brandon Turner have hosted 216 episodes where the amazing guests have shared a wealth of knowledge for all of us to learn from.I kept looking for ways to quickly find episodes which were related to a specific topic I was exploring so that I could have marathon learning sessions which were focused on that particular topic.The best I could find was this link, but it doesn't seem to have been update in a long time.So I put together an organized and categorized Google Sheet of the podcasts (The themes are based on the titles, I'll try to refine the themes as I listen to them). 

I am planning to write some questions in a notebook and have a Q&A session.
