really a dream for many BP members total OPM.Birmingham ALJackson MS  but be careful here dont get stuck on the south side or west side of town.Pittsburgh PA and the areas just north Beaver county etc. 

The rivers are dry in parts most of the time as water is stored behind manmade dams up in the mountains and released when the snow melt gives those reservoirs a surplus.

If you asked this question 3 years ago and didn't do a dam* thing, why should we believe you'll do anything different now?

We're starting to grow out portfolio in Beaver, Butler, and Mercer Counties.

I am confused though why many of these areas are on the brink of having water shut off and maybe power if the dam can’t run and yet they are still growing markets with high housing prices.

Although we are all locked and loaded, someone losing their life or a dam shoot out vs waiting 2-3 months to renovate a unit is not worth it.In pretty much every situation myself and everyone in our company has been told to back down, walk away, avoid confrontation and leave the unit vacant and let the police handle it.
