I can't quite remember, but I think he took the position that he could find the people behind the entities, even if they were trying to remain anonymous.

One in Wyoming for anonymity and one in Florida where I am located.

That is if they don't have an agent handling all the LLC correspondence to give them anonymity. 

Does anyone have a workaround for this, or do we as investors just have to make a choice now between anonymity/privacy and better interest rates?

The added benefit of using a land trust in this way is that you can also remove your personal name from the pubic record if you have an attorney sign as the Nominee Trustee, adding an additional layer of anonymity to your strategy.

If it's legal, then I don't understand why that conversation can't happen unless the rest of the investors choose to remain anonymous (which is possible...but usually there is someone who wouldn't mind speaking to someone like you).  

However even more awesome is the fact that through your leadership, you've brought 24 newbies with 10 or fewer posts out from the anonymous readership ranks and into the ranks of posters.

How important is separation or anonymity between my business and personal when I'm using my home as the registered place of business for my LLC, and using a work cell phone for investing. 

I need to know the ways/methods by which I can remain anonymous to the seller and complete the sale.
