When I was living in a condo back in the day (with beautiful lake views but the building was built like crap) one guy was so annoyed by his neighbor's footsteps/noise that he spent thousands on soundproofing AND IT DIDN'T WORK!

While it's annoying to have bad contractors or property managers, all people are disposable in those positions and you can hire new ones.

Yea I just bought a home cash and I'm 24 and look young and when I go to the bank they never believe me at first that I own rental property it's annoying. 

I’m still an AirBnB guy but they annoy me more and more.

I am here in Chicago and have had pretty good luck so far with decent tenants, however, I've had some very annoying maintenance issues.

One of those 5 moved to one of our larger houses that came available, and all the rest bought a house.Vacancy hasn't really been very high - 6 weeks in 4.5 years - but the annoyance factor is huge.Other than that, I think what has cost us the most is taking too much time getting the house ready to rent when we first purchase it.

He has personality traits that annoy me, but nobody gets along perfectly with another person 100% of the time, and overall it works better than anything I've ever done with other people.You need to know your quirks, his quirks, and lay out exactly what is what up front.

@John Oryx take care of the appliances before someone moves in :0 or have them buy their own if it’s not included :0 I think the 5th one is just silly and if you get more of those then you have legitimate reasons to be annoyed.

Tire kickers with no skin in yet bothering residents by viewing apts or stores/offices is annoying and detrimental to our business.
