Brand new on the site and first post.My young adult son is on the autism spectrum, and with those challenges, is having some difficulties getting higher paying jobs/positions. 

I don't want to price gouge people;  I want to rent out affordable housing; if the price is too low, you get people who aren't functional adults. 

(Ie. 1bdr can have 2 adults, 2bd can have 4 etc.)

But I do work in a finance department in the auto industry and far to many times I see young adults your age come into my office with below average credit due to bad financial decisions.

I've spent most of my adult life fixing things and its what I enjoy doing and want to help someone else out in their real estate journey as well!  

I am told Adult Protective Services can help in some way? 

I am sure I have a ton more, as I've been in the same ~2000 sf house for 25 years that used to have 2 kids along with us 2 adults, and the house has always felt like it had more room than we needed.

After the purchase, I found out that one of the adult sons of the previous owner has been living there since his dad died.

She's an adult who signed a contract and, presumably, knows how to use the internet.

I rented an empty room to a female to live with me.
