Real Estate Investing with family on the Spectrum

Brand new on the site and first post.

My young adult son is on the autism spectrum, and with those challenges, is having some difficulties getting higher paying jobs/positions.  He does wish to purchase his first place to house hack with friends.  He does have savings for the down payment but I fear that he will not be able to get financing.  What would members suggest be the best approach going forward?
