I am one of the BP blog writers, so what I'd really love is to pull a few of the questions that I can answer and make full blog posts out of them to publish on BP (I'm out of ideas on what to write about on my own, so opening up the floor for suggestions!).

Will you hire local letter writers/stuffers/delivery or will you be doing that yourself week in and week out?  

For the last 4 years (I just sold that property last month) insurance prices had come down as the smaller insurance companies have come back to town to compete with the big insurance writers and I was able to secure $1700 a year.

I do see a distinction in a random writers list (Forbes type) vs formal Oxford, UCLA researched applied info or list.

Great writers can do it through books and blogs, while others use podcasts, videos, websites, in-person conferences, etc.

I really like the movie though and the writer, David Mamet is one of my favorite writers.

Where you can store leases, write rent receipts, manage service calls etc.???

This drivel is hard to believe but; being that there is no cost for ink or paper on the internet, writers can write all the crap they want to.

I’ll never stop doing what I do for work (actor/writer), but I typically have a fair amount of downtime.
