In other words, no it does not help the overall SEO of your website; however, it can lead potential visitors to your website if they stumble upon your video.

With sites like Airbnb & VRBO getting something like 60 million unique visitors, I imagine it'll be difficult & time-consuming to compete with their traffic & SEO rankings. 

It also states that there is an exception for visitors up to 14 days, which would mean anything longer than 14 days would be considered an occupant.

The choice is very personal and depends on several factors including your risk tolerance, what other assets each of you may have, the likelihood of tenants or visitors suing you, the general condition of the property, whether you have good property management, your other estate planning that you have in place, etc.  

And how their response to that number will let you know whether to visit or to walk away.

If it is a constant issue then it is probably a tenant doing it and not a visitor.

Here in Montana the big facilities are not allowed to have any visitors or anything yet... any tips on marketing this property would be helpful.

Hello friendsI have a rental duplex, and one of the tenants keeps calling me complaining that the other tenants has visitors parking their cars next to the duplex and making noise partying or socializing.

I know that visitors here want to take advantage of the warm weather during the winter, and love to send pics of themselves in t-shirts or shorts to gloat to friends back home.
