Assisted living rental

We took a risk and decided to rehab a commercial type property that is set up to be an assisted living facility. We have only rented out multi family in the past so leasing something commercial like this is out of our realm of knowledge. We hired a commercial realtor but no bites as of yet... do any of you think this property would be better marketed somehow not just locally but somehow to surrounding states? Does anyone feel that there will be a demand for the more smaller boutique type assisted living properties now that there are such high risk for elderly getting the virus in the bigger facilities. Here in Montana the big facilities are not allowed to have any visitors or anything yet... any tips on marketing this property would be helpful. This is my first post so thank you for anyone who reads it!
