The space heaters may be a temporary solution if it takes a while to fix the furnace, but it seems that you are a bit spooked by the whole situation and fear another leak will happen again.

Said "inspector" (read roofing and siding installer) said, need to replace entire siding and roofing, basically spooking the buyers.

Don't be spooked by the fact LLC owns the house.

Also the conditions he described spook me a little bit but perhaps it's a deal under all that.

Being cooped up in an 800 square foot 1 bedroom with two kids and no yard or daycare has spooked a of of city dwelling millennials it seems.        

There may be some percentage of renters who will avoid it if they're spooked, but I bet there's a higher percentage of renters who would really like it due to the extra space and less noise.

I wanted to see if anyone had a plan or strategy of getting Realtors on board w/ locating properties for investors w/out having to chase after them and not spook at every bump......Oh and one who wants to leave there office/house and list properties.

Maybe Ukraine spreads into a broader European war. 

Especially if The War in Ukraine stops, oil in the US becomes cheaper and/or the economy slows down significantly. 

You could have the attorney call them so it seems more professional and doesn't spook the buyer.
