Driving for Dollars!
Good morning and happy Saturday to all!
So here's the deal. I was driving for dollars, found a boarded up property, ran title and learned that an LLC owns it. Its been sitting boarded up for a couple of years now. Should I pursue it or walk away? Would it make sense to try to purchase from an LLC? What are my options?
Thank you!

@Alejandra Corona - What bearing does the fact that LLC owns the property has on whether you should buy it or not? In other words, what is bothering you when you learned that its owned by an LLC.
