Obviously the big dollars are coming in Jan-Mar, which is fine when it basically can cover your costs for the full year.

There are properties in NOVA that cash flow well, but based on these #s, this is not one of them.

As per the law (copy & pasted from MAR):  "Maryland law requires that all advertisements include your name (as listed on your pocket card) and the name of the company with which you are affiliated (not simply the company logo).
