The home directly next to us sold that year for $4,500 (nope, not missing any zeroes, gotta love Michigan), so needless to say we opted to rent our house out and hope that some day the economy picks back up.Since that time everything that could possibly need to be done on the house the renters have complained about and we have had to fix.

Needless to say i was a happy camper and the extra money went towards additional repairs needed to put the house on the market. 

(grin)The PLUS of a two door is the air flow and need less exhaust fan to dry out during and after shower times.All I see in the change is your making the bath smaller and taking bath closet for master space. 

Needless to say, the quotes for the repairs were up there.

Needless to say it was out first flip attempt, so I guess I will label it as "cost of tuition."

Needless to say, we were a little concerned about whether or not we would actually be able to close on the house and if we did not go to close, I would have probably lost at least $3000-$5000 in additional repairs to make the house look and smell new again. 

Needless to say, an employee that gets paid 50% is not an employee lol.

Needless to say… it wasn't in good shape but we've made some good progress and are nearly ready to list it for sale.  

Needless to say my property has appreciated a good deal during the last year.

Needless to say, our real estate expansion plans are on hold for a few years.
