27 Y/O male 80k income.  A year ago I bought my first property a duplex. I have been living in it and renovating it for over a year now with roommates . Needless to say my property has appreciated a good deal during the last year. (over 60k). Due to not having much capital ( paying off student loans renovating the house & Starting a new venture. I was thinking about selling & paying off all of my loans. I recently found some new condos under construction and was wondering what kind of deals or horror stories you all have had on New construction condos? My overall goal is to have three income producing properties.

Thank you.
