Buying paint can be tricky business, because it actually takes at least a year to become proficient at providing quality information to paint customers.

Not saying they are always proficient  lolSo, how does the "system" know? 

While it isn't brain surgery there is a great deal to cover and to learn and like most other endeavors to become proficient will it require time, diligence, and laser focus.

I am highly proficient with Quickbooks and could use it, but I just don't need that level of program on a portfolio of occupied, fully rehabbed long term rentals.

So here is some highly effective creative potentials I have not heard that I myself have done many-many times: - Offer it as an "arbitrage" potential to someone who may be a more proficient operator.

The reason is that LA has state income tax while FL does not, and LA accountants are more likely to be proficient in LA state taxation.That said, a competent accountant from South Dakota (assuming they even have accountants up there) is way better than an incompetent local one (and those are always available).
