I am offering to cover the cost of grocery delivery to my cabins through my PM as well as having a little extra marketing push around having the cabins “sanitized” which basically means nothing.

Then do what you promise and thank the tenant for his/her cooperation with maybe a pizza delivery on you or some other tangible gift. 

And what about delayed building materials deliveries, and problems with building permits, any one of a million different things?

@John Teachout exactly right, the binge buying is causing the need to binge buy.I found some on Peapod but had to schedule a delivery 11 days out.  

Some companies are actively hiring for a delivery business. 

I would check with legal and risk management as maybe have a maintenance tech almost become a delivery person.

I heard a news report this morning that a lot of restaurants have converted their wait staff to delivery drivers, affording the clientele the ability to still eat their restaurant food and keeping the staff employed.I don't know, maybe I'm being unrealistic but I feel that this is going to be a temporary situation that will resolve itself in 3-4 months... assuming all the drastic measures to mitigate the spread of the virus are effective.

Account Closed in Ohio, all schools closed, bars, restaurants are limited to carry out and delivery. 

Every waiter / waitress can now see about being a delivery driver or helping - it's temporary but really, we can't shut down the economy.
