The state courts will throw out your filing since your “entity” doesn’t legally exist on that state...For your anonymity, yeah basically you form the WY LLC, then have the WY LLC own the other LLC’s you form.

If you carefully read the review at dirtyscam.com by Anonymous, you will see there signs that indicate that the review is false. 

I would suggest he Attend NA, Narcotics Anonymous meetings where he can truely develop a support group to help him deal with this problem.If you truely believe he is clean then it is a matter of helping out of the situation.

@Adam Hershman & @James Wise I heard somewhere that you can get an anonymous tax id to pay these taxes, so when you go to jail for selling drugs, at least you're cool with the IRS.

My understanding of trusts up until this point was that they were used for anonymity and didn't provide for asset protection.

I really like the anonymity and it's worth the extra expense for me.
