I think my overall belief is that at some point, as a country and as individuals, we must start to put public interest and the overall health of a society ahead of individualism and personal preference and personal profit. 

As a banker, I used to lend in Latin American countries.

Again, less than 10% of Americans go FSBO - and I don't think it's because they're lazy.Yes I'm a realtor so I'm showing a bit of my own bias.....but every year I've also given advice and helped homeowners who wish to sell their homes by themselves.

It'll be interesting to see if any other, more seasoned Canadian (or American) investors weigh in here on this topic.

These people with the eviction record are really at the bottom of society.

Traveling has also been great for saving up money for my initial investment as the cost of living in the South American countries I've been traveling around is lower than the cost of living in the US.

The cost of living is lower in South American countries, so I will actually be saving a higher percentage of my take-home pay there (even with travel costs) than I am currently living in the US. 

I don't think hiring American Callers will be the way to go, I saw that because at my current time in my business I wouldn't want to pay anymore than I need too for callers.
