I would like to get some clarity on a hypothetical situation.

I had the basic understandings from watching some youtube videos, reading through bp discussion , and a few books and pod cast.

I have been watching lots of youtube videos for the past 3 months and recently joined a group on FB with Rental arbitrage hosts.

Thank you both for responding and I wish I had the ability to add more clarity to the question I really have which is how do these types of realestate deals sell when they clearly are not giving a return that's viable.

I have gotten some wholesale training videos, cold calling training videos.

I just posted a new video on my youtube channel about investing during the pandemic.

I've been binge watching every youtube video on the subject but this can only take me so far.

- Prospective tenant replies- Email template with video (explaining application process), 3D tour, and a link to the Zillow listing, where tenants are instructed to apply.This almost certainly adds a few days on market for the properties, but selects tenants who inherently 1.can read 2. do read and 3. follow instructions.
