airbnb subleasing in the Houston Area
Hello everyone. I am trying to venture out and do my due diligence as an investor. I've currently started looking into subleasing rental home for Airbnb Arbitrary. I did some research and also enrolled in BNB formula. I've learned that this one way one can build capital if one as little to no capital at all. I have a few of appointments with landlords that I've found on hot pad and craigslist. Does anyone in the Houston area know or willing to discuss sublease their rental for 6-12 month?
