If I knock it down I will have a huge living room and a very open concept but loose som very practical space when the living room is a good size anyway.

It is in pretty bad disrepair, with the biggest and most obvious issue being the mold that is in every room of the entire lower level of the home (it's a 5BR, 2BA (~2000 sq ft) split level - lower level has one bath, living area, 2BR, storage space and utility room).

Consider Turnkey, build wealth slowly, simply and using the bents and expertise of an existing space.

I am seeking non-recourse bridge debt under a 1M and am finding that space quite a bit different than the 1-3M lending space.  

I have a few RE quandaries that I could use some help with and I wasn't sure where exactly to start this post but I suppose this can serve as my BP introduction as well :-)  By way of introduction, my wife and I own a townhome in Northern Virginia (6 min. walk to VRE station) that we are contemplating selling (more space, expand family, etc.) but we're not in a position to sell right now.

Is he/she going into the crawl space or attic or just opening a hatch and shining a light in it.Besides the certifications and registrations they might have do they hold any professional licenses.
