Non Recourse Bridge Debt under $1MM
I am seeking non-recourse bridge debt under a 1M and am finding that space quite a bit different than the 1-3M lending space. This is for a commercial office renovation project that will take 12 months to renovate and another 12 months to complete leasing and stabilization. The asset is currently nonperforming. I would love to hear feedback from those out there who have faced this challenge and found a solution.
