So you stay out of it and if there are real complaints then there are acceptable channels to pursue them through e.g. disorderly conduct has the police called etc.

However, the Missouri Real Estate Commission can only police licensed agents which means you can get away with getting paid a referral fee but the agent who pays it to you can and will lose their license if the MREC finds out about it.

The income tax dollars go to the Federal Reserve to pay for the interest we owe their company.Roads, Education, Police, Fire Departments and important stuff is funded by state income tax, other taxes (like sales tax), property taxes, tolls, lotteries etc...

Ironically, in Los Angeles - and most metropolitan areas i suspect, i've had a "fun" time education myself on local gang problem and how the recent police crackdowns on some gangs tend to shift demographics and promote overall gentrification of an area.
