It's not easy by any means and I am far from a master communicator but I push myself everyday to step out of my comfort zone and TALK to people.

However any trade work such as plumbing, hvac and electrical must be pulled by a contractor who holds a master license in that trade.

So, I must ask, which would you suggest a young investor focus on: -To start growing a collection of rental properties over the next 10 years to achieve financial freedom (Most likely through house hacking) or-To master the art of flipping/wholesaling to accrue capital and then later invest the capital into rental propertiesYour input is appreciated and thanks in advance!

I recommend a great book by Howard Marks called Mastering the Market Cycle - Getting the Odds on Your Side.  

I am holding an Investor Master Class on how to analyze Portland properties for buy & hold/house hacking.
