We have tenants on these mobility programs but it is important to run your numbers at market rent and if you get a mobility tenant then it is a bonus.

Right now I'm mainly focused on rental property (single family but also I'm thinking of mobile home parks or small multifamily duplex or 4-plex), but I'm open to hearing other options.

The mobile app for tenants makes it super easy for tenants to use. 

The purchase contracts can be electronically signed from wherever you are as long you have access to a computer / mobile device and an email address.

Property software like AppFolio etc allows tenants to make maintenance requests online with their software on desktop or their mobile app.
