What are best ways to collect rent from tenants

Posted

I just purchased my first 4 plex.  What are the best ways to collect rent?  I would like to give my tenants a couple options with one option being the ability to pay in cash.  I appreciate any tips!

@Mary Culver we use Innago. Innago allows tenants to pay via ACH or debit/ credit card, upload maintenance request, and even sign their lease online. The mobile app for tenants makes it super easy for tenants to use. Also, they get automatic reminders when rent is coming up, due, and late.
