Deficits in the Real Estate Sector: Mobile Apps

Posted

Hello all! I'm a computer science student looking for a project to keep me busy during this corona season. I hope you all are in good health and doing well during these difficult times. I figured real estate would be a good place to start looking for problems that could potentially be addressed with software. As investors/landlords/tenants/flippers/agents/etc, are there any deficits that you see in your daily operations that could be made easier with software? Personally, I've seen a few property management, wholesale marketing, and inspection report tools, but I don't understand the sector well enough to really spot what could be improved or what has yet to be addressed. Any insights would be greatly appreciated!
