Then, as the job was completed, contact the loan company to send an inspector to see that the work was completed so the rehab funds could be released to me.

An example would be the seller needing an extended closing date due to move out issues, power of attorney issues, title issues between siblings or heirs, etc.Changes in the type of loan (FHA vs Conventional) used mid-way can also trigger the need.

The term short term rental does not apply to hotel or motel rooms, extended stay lodging facilities, bed and breakfast inn or boarding and lodging hotel rooms therefore these exact regulations do not apply to those facilities.

To date, we have been buying mostly Pentair equipment, and loading the Pentair Screenlogic app onto a tablet that stays at the house, so renters can toggle from Pool to Spa mode, and adjust the Spa temperature. 

There are a ton of these extended stay hotels - from all the major hotel names, along all the major roads. 

You would also want to be sure they are not "in bed" with the individual you are releasing funds to!
