Politics have changed dramatically, economics have turned around 180 degrees, the auto bailout eliminated the auto industry's negative effect on all of it, unemployment is back to normal, and the foreclosures are also back to a normal level.  

The rush was due to recent job announcements with Government, and Auto manufacturing.

The tenant recently backed into the garage door and damaged it but the tenant's auto insurance covered all the expenses so I didn't have to pay for any of the damages.

Rents are auto deducted.

I am not sure if the rates are the same in your area but I was able to get a discount on my investment properties when I added my auto insurance.

The way I write my leases, they auto-renew on a year to year basis unless there is written communication 60 days before expiration. 

I still don't understand how it's ok to consider credit in leasing an auto in Mpls but not ok if leasing a home.....
