But almost every single person there had ZERO investing experience, very little money and are looking to better themselves and their station in life.I could see the wide eyes and the nearly salivating mouths from some of these people at the prospect of what this dude was selling.

Reading through the forums has definitely gave me a lot of information and I finally feel that I am ready to take the leap, but wanted to see if any of you had any feedback on my prospective business model.I want to use cash to purchase SFR's in Atlanta, GA for under $30,000 (which includes the purchase price and renovations), preferably to tenants who have as close to 100% "Section 8" vouchers as I can get.

I have seen several 5-6 plex units turned into four plexes for sale purposes, as I just gives you many ,more buyers and better financing terms as you know.Two, I would think some about your strategy in terms of the remodeler versus landlord...and they can go together, but you have some big plans and this is an old building, 100 years almost, so are you primarily excited about the prospect of renting these out or rehabbing and remodeling and adding units.
