Do you think they're concerned about ultimate accuracy if they know 90% of wholesalers are desperate for leads looking for something like this and will pay?

"Oh you heard about people getting burned in these type programs, thats those OTHER guys, not me....you can trust me (gold tooth smile)" Thats my problem with gurus...is that they go after people already destitute and desperate and they use their HOPE of a better life to sell them their system.

That runs some peoplle the wrong way and verges on seeming desperate 

I am humored by the fact that some just think you can buy a system, mail a few and boom a desperate lead appears.

I don't know what you have for Texas, but there are tons of buyers here desperate for deals.

They might not be super desperate this month but next month when your mailer hits their hand they might be.

They provide solutions to those who desperately need them.  

I started my consulting company with enough money for business cards, letterhead, a FAX machine, and a few hand tools, but was never desperate from day one, turning down anything no on the up and up or in an unsafe location.

Just compare the price you pay for college, including Ivy League, which is less useful than Real Estate education;10) If you qualify, we will admit you, and you will be able to "dominate" your local market, you will always have your coach just a phone call away, etc.There are of course many more parts to this refined psychological attack and preying on mostly poor, desperate people, but you get the idea.
