I can see the latter, the former is debatable.  

I debated for the entire time I was with them, but just kept giving them opportunity after opportunity to do the right thing.

This is a great question, and one that can be debated on both sides for xxx hundreds of reply's.On  one side if you have debt; is it hurting your chance and ability to get financing if using conventional terms?

It's a big house with a view and pool - really nice, but I'm ready to move on from texas, so I'm debating selling it, or renting it out as a long term lease or MTR.
