I can sweep floors, pickup sticks, create an automatically updating budget, etc.

This seems like they looked you up after they bought the house and they're trying to find reasons why someone that is "rich" (you flipped a house, so you're automatically rich) should give them money because they deserve it or need it more than you do.

I also like that it will automatically assess late fees and play it like Cozy is the bad guy when tenants aren’t on time with rents.

The main things that are important to me and what I am looking for are: ability to handle online payments, basic payment ledgers to track expenses and income, maintenance request portal for tenants, and the ability to set up some automatic emails.
