I believe as well that they should include more stories of overcoming unexpected challenges, such as a tenant causing significant damage to a property, and how the investor navigated the situation.

TP has launched a beta of an updated user-friendly interface that has made things pretty easy to navigate, too.

Anything is doable, but you will need your tax accountant to navigate this.
