Hello from sunny Akron, Ohio!

Greetings! I just wanted to introduce myself to the Bigger Pockets community. First off, I am a Realtor® and property manager at Keller Williams Chervenic Realty and work in the Property Management Division. I am a part of team that has over 400 units in our portfolio and over 160 unique owners.

My goal is to build a large portfolio of investors and owners who want to make money while making their lives easier. I want to work with as many people as possible; large and small accounts, single family homes to multi-unit buildings.

But a little bit about me: I became a realtor in 2013 and realized a dream of mine in doing so, I'm a Kent State University graduate with a degree in communication studies, I play the tuba in a large community band, used to be a substitute teacher, museum tour guide and reporter, collect old and rare books and love to cook and go to new restaurants.

Any help from this great community would be greatly appreciated!

I did real estate investing for over 20 years and was amazed at everything I learned. you can also set key word alerts for areas or topics of interest, like "Akron" or "property management"

I love the market in your areas. Rentals are not only few and far between here but the ratio of price to income stinks.

While this site is free you can also buy a plus or pro account to advertise on. It offers a lot for a pretty small fee. For a professional like you it could add real value to your business and speed up the networking that seems to lead to new business.
