There are a LOT of parks and rural land as you mentioned in Chester County as well as a ton in Farmville not too far from you.Mobile home investing is a nice niche and there aren't too many of "us" out there.If you have further interest, I would be happy to chat or would certainly invite you up to our Charlottesville Real Estate Investors Association meeting.Further, I know some wholesalers and fix/flip folks in Richmond.

@Bill Gulley,I came across an interesting situation the other day that may be amusing to you and informative to the members of this blog.The holder of a seller-financed note discovered numerous mistakes were made asked for my opinion.Whomever drew up the legal documents omitted a Deed of Trust.
