I personally believe that the two pieces-- cash flow and equity build-up--are integral for a real estate investor, but are quite often mutually exclusive.

I am building vertically integrated businesses that will perform well during an expanding market and will compliment well during a market that is weakening/weak, where I will be buying a lot.

I've been referred to expensify for getting rid of the pile of paper receipts, but I need that app (or another to integrate with the landlord software.Any ideas?
