The window units seem to do fine in cooling down the place but the lack of HVAC may simply be a reflection of the neighborhood.I've got friends who rent out two mobile homes in a neighborhood not too far from mine. 

(Mine js 900).The smaller bedrooms I'd say between 500-800 (renting mine for 700)

the place is vacant but fully furnished and also on the market, so I guess I'm kind of clueless about what actually happens once it's mine. like, is all the furnishings and appliances Etc become mine?
