Best areas to look for RE investments in Massachusetts

Hi all!

I am looking to get into RE investing while I live in central MA. I have been browsing listings but I would also appreciate any information or good reads for investing in real estate. Does anyone have suggestions for finding good deals on units/properties? events, search engines, etc?
