Mortgage gone in about 3 years...so in 10 years...you now take home $3000 a month since both homes are free and clear of debt service.Can you imagine owning 2 houses without a mortgage that rent for $1500...that's $3,000 a month...and growing with inflation.Inflation in the future will allow you to raise rents about 3-6% or so per year..so it's $3,000 a month and growing...Take a page out of their book...sacrifice for just a few years...and live like a king every year there after...It's called delayed gratification...and anyone who ever gets anywhere in life cultivates their ability to delay gratification.He who would accomplish little must sacrifice little; he who would achieve much must sacrifice much; he who would attain highly must sacrifice greatly.

I suggest not taking the response from a loan officer but insisting that the scenario be presented to an underwriter.Cash is King if you can find that buyer.

Because my rental has three bedrooms, two have one king size bed and one has two twin size bed, I will need at least 12 sets of the whole thing includes pillows, bedding sheets, bedspread, and comforters.
