Hi, I'm hitting the sweet spot regarding my property management company. 

I started the eviction in early October 2022, I have been using this company and they have been really successful in getting the tenant evicted.

Any company recommendations? 

Tough to do that in the stock market and pretty rare to do as a performer/athlete, like 1% of the 1%, and for C-Suite again have to not only probably be good, but lucky to be in the right place, at the right time, at the right company, with the right opportunity. 

We are looking at AL, TN or FL as potential first time investment properties and so far this company looks the best and the numbers they sent seem great as well, but I would some more insight if anyone has any. 

So, I was about to do a HELOC and Refi with my Companies Credit Union, but there are stipulations on what the HELOC can be used for, I was told, "you cant use the HELOC to buy a business or another home."

Our property management company did not accept TurboTenant applications because their screening process is not as thorough as we prefer.

We also opened a Holding company in WY.

I asked for a $2,500 processing fee, which was gladly handed over, and the escrow and title company took over from there.

If mold is found the company or persons who performed the testing will have a protocol on how it should remediated based on the type of mold found.
