My 10 year goal is to purchase multi family complexes by using something like Brandon Turners "7 years to 7 figures" model, multiplying that x 4, and using the equity to purchase the multi family units and then rely on the cash flow as passive income.

After six months they will start foreclosure if it has not been sold.This is just one example of a company, but the company can change those charges any way they see fit for their business model.

Banks are very happy with my deals currently, but I think if I did do 9-10 million this year they could flake out as they don't like clients jumping that big of gap no matter how good the deals are, but when you got a good business model, you have a good model.

Its also a great way to network with some of the other investors and realtors to maybe find whose doing what and figure out an investing model that you want to pursue.Even if you can't buy right away, that doesn't mean you can't start learning the market now.
