It looks like the neighbors have that style of fence elsewhere on their property whereas we do not so it makes me believe it is their fence.

You can provide the criteria you need, like 150+, vintage, garden style, etc.

They are 3 story walk-up garden style apartment buildings. 

Everyone there would be upset they wasted a drive to court house (usually held outside in the cold - sometimes indoors). 

You also have to be cautious of a "Open End" line of credit (Credit card style) LOC. 

My advise: don't join a team right away, take your time to see which one suits your style the best.

I know this is asked often, but should I go dave ramsey style and take the next three or four years putting everything i make on paying off the dept or use the nice chunk of money (15k) should have saved up by this summer to invest in OOS (currently live in north jersey).
